How fortunate your son is to
How fortunate your son is to have such a loving father and the church to have such a loving and grace filled pastor.

It was really wrong for him
It was really wrong for him to officiate their marriage……he knows more than that.

I don’t see what is wrong
I don’t see what is wrong about two people who love each other wishing
To spend their lives together. If we had more of this in the world, rather than the separation and hatered, things might just be a little better, I think.

Our pastor is going through
Our pastor is going through this same thing right now. I would have been disillusioned with him and our religion if he would have turned his back on his son. He is the backbone of our church and has helped my family so much going through our trials and tribulations. I have a son who is a recovering drug addict and without my pastor and our church I don’t know if I could have gotten through it. We are taught that it is not our place to judge but God’s place. I will pray for you as I pray for my pastor.

Bravo, Amen, and Thank you,
Bravo, Amen, and Thank you, Rev. Dr. Ogletree! Hopefully, now that someone of your position has spoken for Reason (which was definitely recommended by John Wesley), more people will realize that God continued speaking to us, even after the books of the Bible were completed.
