Awesome post. Thanks so much. Awesome post. Thanks so much. And that verse is my favorite too! We’ve had a lot of people write to say they are sharing “Seventh-Gay Adventists” with family for Christmas–some even planning it as part of their coming out to family process, so I’ve been wanting some ideas like this to share to keep in mind. Thank you!

Tried all of those. They Tried all of those. They either don’t want to listen, or have stopped talking to me since that is what the Bible says they must do to those who are unrepentant like me. Oh well, their loss.
These are great tips!! Thanks These are great tips!! Thanks so much!!
As the mom of a son who is gay I know how hard some conversations and situations can be and that is why I have started a private online Facebook group for open minded Christian moms who have LGBTQ kids and want to develop and maintain healthy, loving, authentic relationships with their LGBTQ kids. It’s called “Serendipitydodah for Moms” and it’s an extension of my blog Serendipitydodah (a blog dedicated to LGBTQ people and friends and family members of the LGBTQ community attempting to develop and maintain healthy, loving, authentic relationships.)
Any moms of LGBTQ kids who would like to join the Facebook group can contact me by email at lizdyer55@gmail.com and put “Mom’s Facebook Group” in the subject line. The group is private so only those in the group can find it or read what is posted there.
