Cecilia Aldarondo is a New York-based filmmaker, critic, and curator who was raised in the Roman Catholic tradition. She holds an MA in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths College and a PhD in Comparative Studies in Discourse and Society from the University of Minnesota. Her writings on film and contemporary art have been published in The New InquiryArt PapersPerformance Research, and multiple exhibition catalogues.
